Who we are

This website is run by Andrea Celeste Gervasoni, an individual acting on their own behalf, “Fluke” in these terms. Contact by email: hello@usefluke.it.

What this site is

The site presents a research project about how to judge AI trading models, and shows three tools that are being prepared. It is information, not a shop. Nothing on the site is an offer you can accept, and no contract is formed by reading it, by opening the example apps, or by joining a waitlist.

Not investment advice

Nothing here is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or an invitation to buy or sell anything. Trading involves a risk of loss, including the loss of everything you put in. Past or simulated results do not tell you about future ones. Make your own decisions, with a qualified adviser if you need one. See also the legal notice.

The three tools

• Fluke Check is meant to be a free statistical check of a backtest. Fluke Verified is meant to record a strategy’s signals in a way that cannot be edited afterwards and to publish a badge. Fluke Quant Bot is a bot you would run yourself on your own account. None of them is available yet, and no date is promised.
• What the example apps on the site show (the 34% result, the 0.97 badge, the sample profile, the diagram) is invented for illustration. It is not real data, a real strategy or a real result, and it is not a promise of what the tools will do.
• When a tool opens it will have its own terms, shown before you sign up or pay. If it is a paid service for consumers, those terms will state the price, what you get and your rights, including the right of withdrawal that applies by law. Nothing on this site is a price list.

Using the site

You may read, share the address of the site, and quote short extracts with a link back. Please do not copy the site, scrape it in bulk, try to break or overload it, or present it as yours.

Ownership and licences

The texts, design, logo, drawings and original code of the site belong to Fluke and are not licensed for reuse without our written permission. “Fluke” and the logo are used as the name of the project. The open-source and font licences of the components we use are listed in the legal notice. Other names that may appear belong to their owners; their appearance here implies no connection.

Links and third parties

If the site links to another site we do not control it and are not responsible for it.

Warranties and liability

We try to keep the site correct and available, but it is provided “as it is”. We do not promise that it is free of errors or always online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on the site, in particular for any investment or trading decision. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for intent, gross negligence, or harm to a person), and nothing takes away the rights you have as a consumer.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country. For anyone else, the courts of the place where the controller has its residence have jurisdiction, unless the law says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms when the site or the tools change. The date at the top shows the current version.
