Important notice about investing

Fluke is research and educational material. It is not investment advice, financial advice, a personal recommendation, an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument or crypto-asset, and it does not guarantee any result.

• Trading and investing carry a risk of loss, including total loss. Backtests and simulations are not real trading, they are made with hindsight and do not show how a strategy will behave in the future.
• At the time of writing, Fluke is not an authorised investment firm, investment adviser, broker, trading venue or crypto-asset service provider, and it is not supervised by CONSOB, the Bank of Italy, ESMA or any other financial regulator.
• The statistical measures mentioned (such as the Deflated Sharpe Ratio and the Probability of Backtest Overfitting) are published research methods. Using them does not make a result safe.
• The tools described on the site are not available. If any of them is ever offered, it will be only after checking which rules apply and, where needed, obtaining the authorisation required, and it will come with its own terms and risk warnings.
• All charts, numbers and examples on the site are drawn from synthetic data and are labelled as illustrations.

• General Sans by Indian Type Foundry, distributed by Fontshare under the ITF Free Font License.

The computer, objects and interface drawn on the site are original illustrations in the style of 1980s office equipment. They are not copies of any product and have no connection with any computer maker.

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA, we respect the “reduce motion” setting of your device, and every part of the site can be used with a keyboard. If something does not work for you, write to hello@usefluke.it and tell us what you were trying to do.
